Dunnedin Ventures Inc. (the "Company" or "Dunnedin") (TSX-V: DVI) wishes to announce that it has reached an agreement to settle outstanding indebtedness in the amount of $130,548 in consideration for the issuance of 333,333 common shares at a deemed price of $0.15 per common share and certain additional cash payments.
The completion of the debt settlement, remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All share issuances will be subject to a four month hold period, in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Exchange.
