(the “Company” or “Thunder Mountain”) (TSX-V: THM; OTCQB: THMG) announces that pursuant to its Corporate Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 600,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company and its affiliates to purchase common shares in the capital stock of the Company. 400,000 options are exercisable on or before March 20, 2022 at a price of $0.09 per share, and 200,000 options are exercisable on or before March 20, 2022 at a price of $0.10 per share. In total the Company has issued 5,365,000 stock options equal to 9.8% of the issued and outstanding stock.
