Peruvian Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into agreements with two arms-length parties to repurchase their net smelter returns royalty interests (the "NSRs") previously granted by the Company in respect of the Company's Igor Property in Peru. In consideration for the repurchase of the NSRs, the Company will issue to the holders of the NSRs a total of 4,259,200 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.075 per share. The acquisitions are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
