Peruvian Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into debt settlement agreements with certain creditors, four of whom are directors and/or officers of the Company (the "Creditors"). In consideration for settlement of a total combined debt of $1,247,639.11 owing to the Creditors by the Company, the Company will issue to the Creditors a total of 18,313,064 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.065 per share.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
