Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (EPL: TSX-V) (the “Corporation”) has granted incentive stock options to directors, employees and key consultants of the company for the purchase of a total of 2,695,000 shares at an exercise price of $.10 per share, expiring December 29th, 2020. The majority of these options replace those which have recently expired.
