Lakota Resources Inc. (the “Company“ or “Lakota“) has announced that it has filed an amended MD&A for the year ended December 31, 2009. The original MD&A was filed on January 20, 2011. The revised MD&A now includes the Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation disclosure, as well as the Company's Audit Committee Charter.
The revised MD&A does not reflect a material change in the Company's financial position, but rather provides additional information in respect to the Company.
