Lakota Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Lakota") is pleased to announce that it has filed its previously outstanding audited and unaudited financial statements, management discussion and analysis and related certificates and has paid all outstanding activity, participation and late filing fees that are required to be paid. The Company's delay in filing such continuous disclosure documents resulted in the securities commissions of Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario issuing cease trade orders (collectively, the "Cease Trade Orders") in respect to the Company's securities and resulted in the Company being delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). The Company is now up-to-date on all of its filings, which can be found under the Company's SEDAR profile at
www.sedar.com. The Company has also filed applications with the securities commissions of Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario to have the Cease Trade Orders revoked.
