Vatic Ventures Corp. Announces Granting Of Incentive Stock Options.

Aug 9th, 2011 (via Thenewswire.ca) Vancouver, BC, August 9, 2011 - Vatic Ventures Corp (the“ Company“) (TSX-V: VCV and Frankfurt: V8V) wishes to announce that it has granted 300,000 stock options at a price of $0.20 per share to an investor relations firm and a consulting firm providing services to Vatic Ventures Corp.

Axino AG provides investor relations services to the Company and has been granted 100,000 options at a price of $0.20 for a one year period. These options will vest as to 25% each quarter.

Rescon Resource Consultants AG has been granted 200,000 stock options at a price of $0.20 per share for a two year period with no vesting requirements.

These options are subject to regulatory approval.
