TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - June 18, 2010) - Stans Energy Corp ("Stans" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RUU) announces the company has approved the issuance of options to buy 2,000,000 common shares total, priced at 0.25 cents per share with an expiry date of June 18, 2015, to directors and officers of the Company. The Company has also approved the issuance of options to buy 700,000 common shares total, priced at 0.25 cents per share with an expiry date of June 18, 2012, to Consultants of the Company. These grants are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
