Mr. Dowling will be focussing on his duties in relation to his recent appointment to Chairman of Alacer Gold, which restrict him from participating on some gold company boards. Victoria Gold is an emerging gold producer whose flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property which hosts the Eagle Gold Deposit.
