TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/17/10 -- Virgin Metals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VGM) reported today that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange authorizing the consolidation of its common shares on a one (1) for five (5) basis. Effective at the opening September 17, 2010, the shares of Virgin Metals Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. With this consolidation there will be an aggregate of 24,456,036 common shares issued and outstanding.
