Cariboo Rose Resources has completed a purchase agreement with Badger Minerals. For total consideration of $150,000, Cariboo Rose has acquired the 30% minority interest in its Koster Dam project, a 30% interest in the Easfield Resources Ltd. Big Valley Project, and approximately $95,000 in cash and marketable securities. Cariboo Rose has sold the 30% interest in the Big Valley project to Eastfield for $40,000.
