    Atico is pleased to announce that today it has successfully closed its initial public offering of common shares. Pursuant to the Offering, Atico issued 20,000,000 common shares at a price of C$0.50 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of C$10 million. Upon the closing of the Offering, there were 36,761,111 common shares issued and outstanding, of which 12,819,444 common shares were being held in escrow.
