Pursuant to a resolution passed Jan. 18, 2012, Strike Gold Corp. has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital. Effective at the opening, Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, the common shares of Strike Graphite Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Strike Gold Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration and development company.
