The Board of Vast provides the following update in connection with the AGM held earlier today: Resolution 2 relating to the reappointment of Mr Brian Basham has been withdrawn as Mr Basham has informed the Board that he no longer wanted to be considered for re-election.

Vast Resources plc announces that, pursuant to the issue of warrants to subscribers to the open offer completed on 1 August 2016, a holder of Open Offer Warrants has elected to exercise 2,112 Open Offer Warrants.
