HALIFAX, July 12, 2016 -
Stockport Exploration Inc. (TSXV: SPT) ("Stockport" or, the "Company") announces that the board of directors of the Company has approved the granting of 1,750,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. Directors, officers, employees, and consultants were awarded 1,050,000, 200,000, 200,000, and 300,000 stock options respectively. The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share, expire on July 11, 2021 and vest over twenty-four months.
