Cerus Energy Corp. ("Cerus") announces that it has formally completed its change of name to Camarico Investment Group Ltd.
Cerus will operate under the name of Camarico Investment Group Ltd. effective today. All interests, assets and liabilities of Cerus will remain unaffected, including the rights and privileges of Cerus shareholders.
Cerus, under the name of Camarico Investment Group Ltd., has received conditional approval to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
