(ALG: TSXV - the "Corporation") announces that, as part of its ongoing quarterly director compensation program, the Corporation has granted 217,859 deferred share units ("DSUs") to its directors at a price of $0.56 each. These issuances were made under the Corporation's DSU Plan.
