Kiska Metals Corp. (TSX VENTURE: KSK) ("Kiska" or the "Company") announces that an aggregate total of 2,725,000 incentive stock options have been granted to the Company's directors, officers, employees and consultants in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan. Each option is exercisable for one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.06, representing the closing market price of the Company's common shares on November 9, 2016. The options have a five-year term and vest as follows: one third vest on the grant date, one third vest on the first anniversary of the grant date, and one third vest on the second anniversary of the grant date. This grant of options is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
