(the "Company") (CNSX: UMG) wishes to announce that the Company has granted 300,000 incentive stock options to certain consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at $0.80 per share and will expire on May 10, 2015. Such options will be subject to the vesting schedule as per the Company's stock option plan.
