Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. (TSX: AMB) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has increased its previously announced (see news release of March 15th, 2013) non-brokered private placement due to investor demand. The placement will now be for a total of 10,000,000 shares at a price of 24 cents per share for proceeds of $2.4 million. As previously announced, the proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes. The placement is subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
