Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. (TSX: AMB) (the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 8,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.24 per common share to raise proceeds of up to $2,040,000.
The Company intends to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
