TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug 23, 2013) - Asian Mineral Resources Ltd. ("AMR") (TSX VENTURE:ASN) has today granted stock options to certain of its corporate officers, pursuant to the terms of its stock option plan. Stock options were issued to its Chief Executive Officer, Simon Booth, in the amount of 2,100,000; to its Chief Financial Officer, John Tasovac, in the amount of 2,000,000; and to its Corporate Secretary, Paula Kember, in the amount of 400,000.
The options were granted with a five year term and an exercise price of CDN$0.10 per common share of AMR and will vest quarterly in four equal portions on September 30, 2013, December 31, 2013, March 31, 2014 and June 30, 2014. The Company is eligible to issue up to 10% of its issued and outstanding common shares at the applicable time under its stock option plan and there are 17,903,473 common shares of AMR reserved for issuance.
