AbraPlata Resource Corp. TSX.V:ABRA ("AbraPlata" or the "Company") held its annual general meeting of shareholders in Vancouver on June 6, 2017. The five nominees named in the Company's Management Proxy Circular dated May 5, 2017 were elected as directors to hold office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Crowe Mackay LLP as the Company's auditors. In addition, the Company's shareholders unanimously approved the adoption of the Company's Stock Option Plan. In this regard, AbraPlata announces that an aggregate of 2,350,000 incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants of the Company on June 7, 2017.
The stock options have an exercise price of CAD$0.63 per share and are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant. The stock options vest 25% immediately, 25% after six months, 25% after twelve months and 25% after eighteen months.
