Mr. Tinajero is a current director of
Lakeside Minerals Inc. and an officer of Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. and of
Vena Resources Inc. Mr. Tinajero holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA and he is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Management Accountants. Mr. Tinajero has served as CFO and a Director for a number of start-up and medium sized public companies across Canada.
