(IPC) gab heute bekannt, dass es eine Vereinbarung mit BlackPearl Resources Inc. geschlossen hat, in deren Rahmen es alle ausstehenden und ausgegebenen Aktien von BlackPearl zu einem Verhältnis von 0,22 IPC-Aktien für jede BlackPearl-Aktie erwerben wird. Dies stellt einen Kaufpreis von 1,85 CAD je BlackPearl-Aktie dar.
