Cardiff Energy Corp. schliesst Buyout-Vertrag für Clayton #1H und Bearcat #4 ab
Cardiff Energy Corp. (das "Unternehmen") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F") ist erfreut bekanntzugeben, dass ein Buyout-Vertrag mit Martin Energies, dem Betreiber der Clayton #1H und Bearcat #4 Förderquellen ("wells"), abgeschlossen wurde. Das Unternehmen hält nun einen 70% Arbeitsanteil ("working interest") an Clayton #1H und ihr Joint Venture Partner, Equitorial Exploration Corp., hält 30%. Das Unternehmen hält einen Arbeitsanteil i.H.v. 100% an Bearcat #4.
Obwohl zusätzliche Zeit nötig war, um die Buyout-Vereinbarung zu finalisieren und die Betriebslizenz an den neuen Betreiber zu übertragen, ist das Unternehmen nun in einer starken Position und darauf fokussiert, ihren Business Plan in Runnels County, Texas/USA, auszuführen. Da das gesamte benötigte Zubehör bereits vor Ort ist, wird der neue Betreiber den anfänglichen Fördertest ("initial flow test") in den nächsten Tagen beginnen. Darüberhinaus wird der neue Betreiber vor Ort die Bearcat #4 Förderquelle überprüfen, um festzustellen, welche Ölmengen aktuell in Tanks gelagert sind, sowie Analyse der Produktionsrate und Erwägung von weiteren Produktionsopportunitäten.
Ferner hat das Unternehmen 1,5 Mio. Aktienoptionen ("incentive stock options") ihren Angestellten und Direktoren gewährt; gemäss ihrem sog. 10% "Rolling Stock Option Plan". Die gewährten Optionen sind fünf Jahre ausübbar bis zum 19. November 2020, zu einem Ausübungspreis von $0,17 pro Aktie. Diese Transaktion bedarf noch der Genehmigung durch die Börse TSX Venture Exchange.
