VANCOUVER, Jul 16, 2013 - Pennant Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEN) ("Pennant" or the "Company") announces today that David Finn, a director of the Company, died suddenly on July 15, 2013.
David served on Pennant's board of directors for almost 10 years and had a distinguished career in the oil & gas business for over 30 years.
