Vancouver, British Columbia -- (Marketwire) -- 12/03/10 -- Canaco Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CAN) has granted an aggregate of 7,225,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants pursuant to Canaco's Stock Option Plan. The options have an exercise price of $4.56 per share and an expiry date of December 3, 2015.
