At the Company's AGM held October 4, 2010, the shareholders elected the following directors: Steven Schurman, Michael Meyers, Wayne Waters, and Shane Meyers, who was nominated from the floor.

Saturna Group was re-elected as the Company's Auditors and the TSX Standard 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan was also approved.

Following the AGM, a Director's Meeting was held and Dr. Reuven Gitter was re-appointed to the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors appointed Michael Meyers as President, and Steven Schurman as CEO.
