Vior : Shares Issued to Fonds de Solidarite FTQ

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 08/26/10 -- SOCIETE D'EXPLORATION MINIERE VIOR INC. (TSX VENTURE: VIO) (FRANKFURT: VL5) -announces that, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange approval, Vior will issue 111,401 common shares at deemed price of $0.080125 per share to Fonds regional de solidarite FTQ Nord du Quebec ('FTQ') representing the interest due (totalling $8,926.03) as of August 12, 2010, pursuant to a private placement by way of convertible debenture in the principal amount of $150,000 on August 12, 2009, that bears interest at the rate of 12% per annum, payable semi-annually in cash or in common shares from Vior's capital stock.
