Shareholders of Scarlet Resources Approve Acquisition of United Mine Services

Vancouver, British Columbia -- (Marketwire - May 4, 2010) - Scarlet Resources Ltd. ("Scarlet") (CNSX: SCT) is pleased to announce that at a meeting held on May 3, 2010, shareholders of Scarlet approved the planned acquisition of United Mine Services, Inc. which was previously announced on March 30, 2010. As part of the acquisition transactions, Scarlet plans to change its name to United Mining Group, Inc.
