Adelphi Metals Closes Oversubscribed Private Placement

VANCOUVER - Adelphi Metals Inc. (CSE: ADP) (the "Company") announces that further to its press releases dated March 3rd, March 5th and March 20th, 2026, the Company has closed its oversubscribed non-brokered private placement. The Company issued 5,320,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $532,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share ("Share") and one-half transferable common share purchase warrant of the Company ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the Subscriber to purchase one Warrant Share for a 24-month period after the Closing Date at an exercise price of $0.15 per share. The company paid cash finders' fees in connection with subscriptions to the offering totaling $19,960 and issued 189,600 non-transferable finders' warrants.

Proceeds raised will be used to advance the Company's Canadian exploration projects as well as for general working capital.

Shares issued pursuant to the Financing will be subject to a four-month hold period according to applicable securities laws of Canada.
