Vancouver, November 13, 2025 - Generation Uranium Inc. (TSXV:GEN, OTCQB: GENRF) (the "Company" or "Generation") is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Collins as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr. Collins is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, including leadership roles in corporate development, project management, and technical operations. He has held senior executive and board positions with several publicly traded resource companies, providing strategic direction through project advancement and capital markets engagement. Michael was a Co-Founder of Nuclear Fuels which just merged with Priemer American Uranium, and Co-Founded Bluerock Resources, the only new conventional uranium producer in the US southwest in the 2000-2009 uranium market.
