Mithril Silver and Gold Limited (“Mithril” or “the Company”) (ASX:MTH; TSXV:MSG) are pleased to announce that effective Friday, September 27, 2024 (Toronto time), the Company’s ordinary shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).

The Company’s TSXV classification is a ‘Junior Mining’ company, its trading symbol is MSG, and the transfer agent is Computershare Investor Services Inc.

Mithril retains its primary listing on ASX under the trading symbol MTH.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Directors.
