MAUMEE, Aug. 21, 2020 - The Andersons Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) announces a fourth quarter 2020 cash dividend of 17.5 cents ($0.175) per share payable on October 22, 2020, to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2020.
This is The Andersons' 96th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since listing on the Nasdaq in February 1996. There are approximately 33.0 million common shares outstanding.
