Hinterland 2018 AGM Results and Extension of Share Purchase Warrants

Val-d'Or, Québec (FSCwire) - Hinterland Metals Inc. (HMI: TSX-Venture) (the “Corporation” or “Hinterland”) announces that at the Annual and Special Meeting held on May 23, 2018 in Montreal, Quebec, the Shareholders of the Corporation:
- Elected Mark Fekete, Greg Fekete, Dyane Duquette, Cheyne Poirier, and Zak Dingsdale to the Board of Directors until the next annual meeting;
- Appointed Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP to be Auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2018, and authorized the Board of Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors;
- Approved the “rolling” Stock Option Plan more fully described in the Information Circular dated as of April 23, 2018 (available for viewing on SEDAR); and
- Approved the consolidation of the Corporation's share capital on the basis of up to four (4) existing common shares for one (1) new common share.
Subsequent to the Annual and Special Meeting, the Board of Directors reappointed the following people as Officers of the Corporation until the next general meeting:
- Mark Fekete, President and Chief Executive Officer;
- Ingrid Martin, Chief Financial Officer; and
- Greg Fekete, Corporate Secretary.
Hinterland also wishes to announce that, subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the following share purchase warrants will be extended as follows:
