Kapuskasing Gold Corp. (TSX-V: KAP) (the “Company” or “KAP”) announces that Mr. John Kiernan has resigned as a Director.  The Company thanks Mr. Kiernan for his service as a director and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors. The Company has initiated a search for a new director to replace Mr. Kiernan.

Kapuskasing Gold Corp. continues to evaluate its current property portfolio and reviewing other opportunities as they present themselves.
