MAUMEE, Ohio, May 11, 2018 /CNW/ -- The Andersons Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) announces a third quarter 2018 cash dividend of 16.5 cents ($0.165) per share payable July 23, 2018, to shareholders of record on July 2, 2018.
This is The Andersons' 87th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 28.3 million common shares outstanding.
