Metalore Resources Limited: Announces Granting of Stock Options

Simcoe, Ontario - Metalore Resources Limited (MET/TSXV) (“Metalore” or the “Company”) announces the board of directors of the Corporation has approved the grant of an aggregate of 48,000 options (the “Options”) to purchase common shares in the capital of the Company by certain directors and officers, consultants and employees. The Options are exercisable at a price of $3.00 per common share for a term of three years, until June 16, 2020. The issuance of options is subject to all necessary approvals by the TSX Venture Exchange.
