Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Berkwood announces the following changes in management. George Gorzynski has resigned as Director of the Company. Shiraz Hussien has resigned as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The current Directors of the Company are David Hodge, Charn Deol and Bradley Hoeppner.
Ms Jody Bellefleur has agreed to act as Chief Financial Officer and Ms Frances Petryshen has agreed to act as Corporate Secretary for the Company.
