Arak Resources Ltd. Announces Resignations and New Appointments

MISSION, July 07, 2016 - Arak Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: AAC) ("Arak" or "the Company") wishes to announce the resignations of Mr. Michael Shmazian, director of the Company, and the resignation of Mr. James Henderson as a director and the Company's Chief Financial Officer. The Board would like to thank Messrs. Shmazian and Henderson for their service to the Company and wish them much success in their future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Raymond Wladichuk to sit as an independent member of the board of directors. Mr. Wladichuk of Vancouver, B.C., holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences and has worked primarily as a consultant in the natural resource and construction industries, including mineral exploration and geotechnical engineering for projects in the oil and gas industry.

Ms. Kathryn Witter, Corporate Secretary and Controller of the Company since 2010, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for the Company.
