KELOWNA, April 26, 2016 - Crazy Horse Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CZH) (the "Company") will hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday, June 10, 2016 in Vancouver, BC. The record date for the meeting has been set for May 9, 2016.

The directors have determined that they will not proceed with the previously announced acquisition of the Solfotara Mining Corps' Basay Copper Project in the Philippines due to the continuing uncertainty in the base metal sector.
