PERTH, April 17, 2016 - Perseus Mining Ltd. (ASX:PRU)(TSX:PRU) is pleased to announce that on Friday, April 15, 2016, the High Court of Justice in England and Wales sanctioned the scheme of arrangement between Amara Mining plc (AIM:AMA) ("Amara") and its shareholders ("Scheme"), in relation to the business combination of Perseus and Amara.
