Apache Declares Cash Dividends On Common Shares

HOUSTON, Sept. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Apache Corp. (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA) has declared regular cash dividends on the company's common shares.

The dividend on common shares of 25 cents per share is payable on Nov. 23, 2015, to stockholders of record on Oct. 22, 2015.
