VANCOUVER, June 15, 2015 /CNW/ - Tinka Resources Limited ("Tinka" or the "Company") (TSXV: TK) (OTCPK: TKRFF) announces the granting of stock options to its directors and officers to purchase up to 2,810,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.35 per option share for a period of three years.
