Apache Declares Cash Dividends On Common Shares

HOUSTON, May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Apache Corp. (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA) has declared regular cash dividends on the company's common shares.

The dividend on common shares of 25 cents per share is payable on August 21, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 22, 2015.
