Change in the timing of Talvivaara's financial reporting
Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("Company") announces that the Company will defer the time of the publication of Financial Statements Release, Financial Statements and the Board of Directors' review for the financial period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 as well as of the Interim Management Statement.
The Company will release the above financial information and related releases by the end of Thursday 30 April 2015 contrary to the previously announced publication time on Thursday 30 April 2015 at approximately 7.00 am UK time / 9.00 am Finnish time.
