Orex Exploration Inc: Corporate Update Following the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

ROUYN-NORANDA, Mar 17, 2015 - Orex Exploration Inc. ("Orex" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:OX) (FRANKFURT:O5D) is pleased to welcome David Felderhof to its board of directors. At its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on February 27, 2015, shareholders approved the proposed slate of directors, which included Will Felderhof, Mark Billings, Jacques Levesque, Marcel Faucher, Claude Poulin and David Felderhof.

All the other motions presented at this Meeting were approved, as presented:

Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, chartered accountants of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, auditors of the Company, were re-appointed for the financial year ending on June 30, 2015.

The Shareholder Rights Plan of the Corporation which replaces the previous regime which expired in December 2014, was confirmed and ratified.

Following the Board of directors meeting which followed immediately the Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders;

Mark Billings was named interim President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board, Jacques Levesque, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and David Felderhof, Vice-President of Orex;

Mark Billings, Will Felderhof and Claude Poulin were appointed as members of the Audit Committee;

Jacques Levesque, Claude Poulin and Marcel Faucher were appointed as members of the Remuneration Committee, and

Marcel Faucher, Claude Poulin and David Felderhof were appointed as members of the Governance Committee.
