Calvalley Petroleum Inc. announces the resignation of director

CALGARY, Feb. 3, 2015 /CNW/ - Calvalley Petroleum Inc. ("Calvalley" or the "Company") (TSX: CVI.A) announces that effective immediately Mr. Bernard de Combret has resigned from the Board of Calvalley.

The Board of Directors and Chairman Mr. Shimoon wishes to thank Bernard for his contributions to the Company as a director over the last four years. Bernard was a member of the Reserves Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee. He made a significant contribution to the Board from his many years of experience and knowledge of the international oil and gas industry.

Calvalley is an international oil and gas company, with offices in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, that operates its 50% working interest in Block 9 of the Masila Basin, in The Republic of Yemen.
